Hello there,
Unfortunately the site went down just after I had posted this message, there were problems on the server side and not because there was an indexfile missing.
They just let me know that the problems are fixed so the site is back up: http://aircraftwalkarounds.be/
I am sorry for the incovenience that this brought to all that tried to see the Hawk 75 walkaround.
Regards and best wishes to all

Hello,
The P-63 photographs were indeed taken at the air show held at Oostmalle in 1996.
And it was Vormezeeles skyraider with which he appeared at almost al air shows held in Belgium at the time. If I can believe his website he has still a sizeable collection.
Skyraider did not do alot for me at the time but I have a little collection now that I will put online somewhere in the future.
Have fun!

Actually I did read it completely some time ago! I was just starting to go through it again but not in a specific order.
I looked up the thread you gave the link to and it was very interesting!
If you have high resolution photographs of the restored Comet I would be gratefull! I saw the one you posted in low resolution.
Many thanks

That looks very nice! It is already the best I have seen!
Do you have more showing the rest of the cockpit layout?

There are few people being trained to fly Bf 109 these days I think…

I am hoping to be able to see it fly i the future!

On saturday we had to look into the sun almost to see some tiny specs in the air…the fact that there was an immportant ground haze did not help either…
Even the static was bbacklit for most of the day!
The flight shots were very bad for me…I did not have a spotters pas…

It would have meant more adventure….
I took some more cockpit photographs of the Nimrod on the same occasion I took those of the Hawk and the Airacobra. They are not yet on the website but here are a couple in premiere.

Hum I was at least hoping that someone would have been able to take some take off photographs…I wonder if there is someone who has actually seen it fly?
Still hoping fot those in flight photographs but they do not seem to be availlable?
Then it must have been Flight Journal that I saw!
I am really surprised that nobody has photographs of one of the first flights…when the Hawk 75 took to the air there were many photographs floating around!

I am a great fan of the TSR 2 too, for photographers it has very attractive classical lines….
For those with an appetite for detailed pictures, see the walkaround of the TSR 2 I made: http://users.pandora.be/Aircraftwalkarounds/introduction.html
Due to sheer size I broke the walkaround down into 4 parts, they are al my own photographs exept the cockpit part (21 photographs), those are from my good friend Terry Grey.
Here is a rundown:
BAC TSR 2 XR 222 Duxford Aviation Museum 25 Photographs
BAC TSR 2 XR 220 Cosford RAF Royal Air Force Museum Part 1 69 Photographs
BAC TSR 2 XR 220 Cosford RAF Royal Air Force Museum Part 2 69 Photographs
BAC TSR 2 XR 220 Cosford RAF Royal Air Force Museum 21 Cockpit Photographs
Have fun 🙂
Hum would like to see some pics taken at different sensitivity…if it delivers on that then it would be a revolution in compact land…
And then there is the minimal shutter lag…if true…

An DSLR is first choise but do not forget that to get the same zooming range as the S5500 you need to lug more lenses around…
I have the NC 8800 only thing that bothers me is slow focussing otherwise it works beautifully!
