What did you think Brian was doing, when Gordon tactlessly realeased the door?:diablo: :dev2: :diablo:
Hence the expression on Bri’s face……….which adds to the hilarity Peter mentioned:D 😀
Gor Blimey……………. I’m glad them two don’t look on here.
Kev:)
Save that to your PC, then on to your phone.

I haven’t seen that one before, brilliant!!…thanks 🙂
Kev
Lordy lordy……that’s amazing!
Can’t imagine having such patience, I haven’t got enough patience to do a beginners Airfix kit.:(
Good find Moggy.
Kev:)
I will say it didnt take much thrusting for you to agree to a peek of the wiring diagrams.
Somehow, I feel rather uncomfortable with the wording of that sentence Martin!
Kev:dev2:
Well done lads,
I know you’ve both put a lot of hard work and personal expense into this airframe project, it’s nice to see it all start to come together.:)
All you need now, is to find some gullable idiot to do the electrics …………………..oh hang on sec:confused: …………………. Martin keeps thrusting wiring diagrams under my nose in the canteen. 😮 .
See ya tommorow;)
Kev:)
Hang on a minute!! ……………………….. Those optics had bottles in when I was sat there Sunday.
Anyone seen Gordon recently?
I mean, I know it’s called ‘Gordon’s Gin’, but he doesn’t have to take that literally.:p
Kev:D
Shouldn’t be a problem at all Steve.:)
That’s just the sort of thing the MAM is about.
Give the museum a ring on 02476 301033 to arrange, or just turn up.
However by just turning up, we wouldn’t be able to ensure guides etc, are available.
See you soon.
Kev:)
edit:- Les beat me to it…lol
They’re not real engines mate, I think this mod was done for the James Bond movie.(see below) 🙂
The second pic has been photoshopped tho’….lol 😉
Kev 😀
Weird, I have just recomended that site for a completely different thread. 🙂
Not sure if that link is working bud, try this :-
http://www.b737.org.uk/index.htm
As you say, lots of rudder info.
Cheers
Kev 🙂
Give that a whirl mate.
http://www.b737.org.uk/index.htm
It’s a site used by pilots/ engineers that’s created from their input. 🙂 🙂
Click on aircraft systems, then click anywhere on the pic of the overhead.Or click on flightdeck for some very detailed photgraphs.
Not sure if exact dimensions are on there, but lots and lots of tech info.
Cheers
Kev
Do you know what bromide is??
Anyway I’m going to be offline as from tommorow night, because I’m moving house Thursday ……..YAY…….so I’ll leave you in the randy hands of Rob for a week or two, until i get my boadband up and running at the new house 😀 .
Timetable of events:
Wed:- Do some packing/go to MAM while the Mrs doing some more packing. 😀
Thurs:- Move house/go to MAM if I can shake her off for an hour or two. 😀 😀
Friday:- Mrs unpacking as I’m off to Farnborough!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀
Saturday:- Mrs leaves in disgust……….get more time tinkering with planes. :p
Well that’s the plan at least….problem is, she’s way too tolerant….bless
Kev 🙂
Today’s work in progress. 🙂
The ‘Frightening’ is really starting to look good now, and the Mystere is also coming along nicely. 😀
Kev.
The mental image of you lot wearing leotards, rollers in hand, prancing around the aircraft is one I did not enjoy 😉
Is Rob’s bromide for the safety of the local wildlife then? 🙂
Roy.
mmmmmm……….best let Rob reply to that 😀 😀 😀
Kev 🙂
Well done guys looking good!
I seem to remember that the F6 Lightning was owned by a business man and that he left it there on loan, I recall speaking to him one year at a ‘wings and wheels day’ is this still the case and does he still look after it?
Alan.
The guy who’s been working on it recently is an airframe fitter at Brize Norton, who after working on aircraft all week, comes along and helps us out on his days off 😮 (and a throughly nice gent he is too)
Kev 🙂
