Nothing has been finalized. If we survive the winter, my guess is that we will serve one airport in Germany (Cologne, possibly Berlin SXF) and a couple in Britain (MAN and GLA are my best guess). We will use 757-200’s from a city on the East Coast – rangewise I don’t think other than EWR, BOS, JFK and BWI can cut it. Neither have considerable (if any) ATA presence, so the amount of point-to-point traffic will have to be high. I beleive JFK would be most suitable for that.

But, as already said, we will have to survive the winter first. At the moment it doesn’t look too good …

No mention of State of Washington’s ‘support’ to the 7E7 programme though … :p

The main purpose of the visit, anyway, was to attend a fundraiser dinner in Bellevue.

This aircraft was sitting at Seattle/Boeing Field for a week or two recently. Don’t know why, but it was joined by another SkyKing 732 (N977UA) for a short period which leads me to beleive that it may have developed a technical problem that required another aircraft to pick up the passengers.
This did coincide with the ChampionsWorld match between Chelsea and Celtic – it may have been Chelsea’s aircraft.
