RAF PARTICIPATION 2008

The team that used to be at RAF High Wycombe and went under the RAF PARTICIPATION TEAM have now moved to RAF CRANWELL and are now known as the RAF EVENTS TEAM.

The schedule is being worked out at present, the dates for the ROLE Demo have been released (8 events i believe)……There will be no single Harrier display or Tornado display this year.

We should know by the end of February beginning of March what event each team as been allocated.

I believe most of the BBMF dates have been sorted so watch there site etc, and the Reds are off to Canada in June and Poss part of the USA, But remember the Reds are part sponsored by British Aerospace companies.

Spoke to the crew tonight, Aircraft landed at Doncaster (Robin Hood) Airport this afternoon.

I think Duxford have been speaking with RIAT
If you look around at Duxford there is so much room for further trade stands of aviation interest, but because of what the IWM charge them they will no longer attend or will not ever attend.

Hope I didnt charge you all to much at Little Gransden.
