Okay, I have reported the guy to eBay and Paypal, yet he’s not even responding to that! I’ve sent him a good number of emails, but the same old response:
“According to our records, we have not received the documents. Please advise.”
Getting a bad feeling about this. The credibility of the seller is not in doubt, he’s got over 11,000 at 99.7%.
