I see, it is working now. However, I go to say, Malpensa and there are no Alitalia planes except the one I am flying! Same with Jet2 at LBA! Something gone wrong in the process?

hmm… I don’t have a clue then. We’re both using WinXP (aren’t we?) and both using FS2004, too, so it seems strange.

All I can suggest is that you are either dragging the wrong file onto the wrong ProjectAI icon.

You are definitely dragging the airline file (that is the one ending in .PAI) onto the PAI Installer icon (and not the red TTools icon)?

But then again, I’ve just looked more closely at that screenshot you’ve posted and there is a message at the bottom which says something about being for FS2002 only. Have you experimented with more than one airline package? Perhaps some of them are only compatible with FS2002 and not with 2004.

If its none of these, then I can’t help unfortunately! Sorry! 😡

I’ll just play around with a few more packages and if it don’t work, off to the crapper it goes!

Here’s the basics to installing Project AI and airline packages
    _________________________________________________________________

    1. Go to http://www.projectai.com

    2. Using the menu to the left, click on Official Files then PAI Installer Packages and finally Installer and Special Packages

    http://www.web-wings.co.uk/fr/tut1.jpg

    3. Download the PAI Installer (at the top of the menu), agree to the terms and conditions on the following page etc.

    4. The file you will have downloaded will be in a zip folder. Drag the contents of the zip folder into a temporary folder on your hard drive. Maybe create a new folder in “My Documents” called “PAI” so that this is used exclusively for PAI.

    5. Amongst all these new files you will notice two icons… PAI Installer and TTools.

    http://www.web-wings.co.uk/fr/tut2.jpg

This is the only icon you need to worry about for installing AI traffic files.

    6. As in step one, click on Official Files then PAI Installer Packages but now click on Airlines

    http://www.web-wings.co.uk/fr/tut3.jpg

    7. What you see now is a list of all the available airline packages that you can download and have flying around in FS2004. Click the airlines that you want to download (in zip format).

    8. You can’t install the files from within the zip folder, so drag the .PAI file into your temporary folder before trying anything.

    9. Now drag the .PAI folder that you have just put into your temporary folder over the “PAI Installer” icon and drop it. Follow the very simple instructions on the screen.

    _________________________________________________________________

If you want to install lots of packages, follow the above instructions down to step 8. Once you have extracted all of the PAI files from within the zip folders, use your Ctrl key and click on each of the individual files and drag and drop them (all at the same time) over the PAI Installer icon. It saves an awful lot of time.

Now I would recommended reading the information on the thread linked below to get rid of that nasty default AI traffic. Nothing looks worse than when you’ve got an airport full of British Airways and Virgin Atlantic aircraft, and then a “Landmark Airlines” aircraft arrives!

    http://forum.keypublishing.co.uk/showthread.php?t=44429&goto=nextoldest

This is really a simple process, I’ve probably waffled and made it look millions of times more difficult than it actually is!!

When I drag the airline file into the Installer bit, it then goes to install but this is what ALWAYS comes up:

Definitely too good to be true. Thanks for your email as well, lol. It’s pure class!

    Anyway, another question.

If I buy an item off eBay, Pay with Paypal but the seller doesnt send the item and closes the Paypal account, what happens? Apparently, Paypal give you a refund and not the seller…

Ok, I am really having problems with this now. I contacted the buyer and he said I need to send the item, provide them with the tracking number and then I will receive my money. (I have not yet been to a Moneygram point)

This looks really suspicious to me, bearing in mind I got an email from the idiot saking me to post the camera to his “sick sister” in Nigeria.

I have compiled a few screenshots without the ref number. I think they look fake.

Could someone please advise me on this matter further please? Thank you.
