    Now at the risk of upsetting the apple cart, how would indian pilots fit in the cockpit with their turbans on? If they did wear them in the aircraft? How would the ear phones fit?, what about the goggles?

    Sorry if they seem daft but its not something i have ever thought about until now

    Just a quick little bit of information

    Does anyone know that if you get on your hands and knees in front of the nose wheel, you can see in to the entire fuselarge?When i was there for legends with a group of friends i pointed it out, I had a crowd in the end gathered around wanting a go 😀

    Well if the funding goes well i’m looking forward to it come steaming in low and buzz Duxford, the M11, Royston etc etc. Would be a cracking way to announce the return of a legend 🙂

    In aviation terms- the mechanics of it all for me, its good old fashioned machinery. I like all aviation up to the 1980’s 1990’s as its all just too damn technical and electrical for me now. I’m not interested at all in the F22’s, JSF’s, Typhoons and such like.

    Out friday night i’m hoping. If not it will be a night in with a bottle of wine

    Saturday i’m off to a gig in the evening. The afternoon may be spent nursing a hangover

    Sunday i helping out with karate assesments and hopefully watching the football in the afternoon

    Apparantly this beast can turn just as well as a Mk 9, oh boy are things doing to be interesting on line when this and the Tempest appear 😀 😀
