I just opened Google Earth and it looks like that on the runways at Bizerte-La Karouba are parked HH-3Es !!!!!!! Dunno how old are the map sources for Google Earth, but I doubt 13 years old, so it proves that they were delivered. I counted 4 of them in Google Earth, check coordinates 37-14-50 and 9-49-43 and correct me if I am wrong.

not small air force, but quite rare plane with more rare history. This is Mirage 5BA “BA-54” with “Diyarbakir Express” nose art, one of few Mirages that Belgians sent to Diyarbakir AFB in Turkey during Gulf war. Picture found on one spotters forum (got permission already).
