The only country in middle east, which operated and still operates the Alphajet, is Qatar. I have no info about other countries. Maybe UAE was “middle man” for ?????

Talking about Qatari Alpha Jets, do you happen to know when the Qataris changed their fin flash to the current one, which in fact is their national flag?

no, absolutely no clue when they changed the fin flash, but, I have pics from Mr. Ted Bayliss dated 2005 and they have the new fin flash. No pics between 1991-2005 AFAIK. Too bad …. really love those small birds, and that QA-52 with gunpod looks really great (mine will be exactly that QA-52, got decals for it, but with the old fin flash)
