Pagen01, Yes i have also read that “someone” at Dux “lost” the fin ! there are pics on airliners.net of her at LGW complete with fin ! I can remember it being there beside the main road. Funny that in those far off days it was just another fuselage to me, now it’s much more important and unique ! what a strange change of views ? (is that just another thing that comes with age)Keith.

HP 81 and others, thanks for the comments, would it be possible to use hastings wings, engines, u/c etc ? what about the fin ? ? Now I’m sitting here dreaming of boyhood days !!! The only aircraft open at Dux on mon was concorde, others had access steps only ! maybe should have asked the man ? Keith.

Mark V, I stole the pic of pilatus p2 from G-INFO (is that naughty ?) I think I know where it is, which is close to me ? A colleague of mine knows one of the owners ! Cant say too much as i don’t know the person ! Yet ! Keith.
