Kev ! My heart sank when I saw this thread title, thinking the worse as always ! but having read all my heart is a lot happier, although not the best of news, I can only offer you and your father my sincere wishes that things get better soonest !
I saw a photo of you two (who knows where) sitting in a Dakota flying from Coventry ? some time ago ! will keep that image of two smiling faces in my mind, I know that you are the best man to to deal with such situations.

When I was a little boy, many many moons ago, Stansted had a spectators enclosure ! Just over the road from the terminal building, two nissen huts joined together …… I don’t think the return of that will be very high on the new owners list of things to do ??

But who knows ?? Happy Daze !

Gentlemen, thank you all for your kind words and knowledgable input, much appreciated and so helpfull.

Thanks G … Well MAN may have the big spray jobbys but one of those Jordan Aviation 737’s was sprayed here at NWI last year …. in fact it was quite nice to see so many of the smaller airlines there of which many have had an example pass through Norwich spray shops over the last few years !!

Culpano. Yes it was hotel security ?? two different guys ! the second was the ‘chief’ who was adament that I should stop ….. so I did !!

sxmfan. Yes many more to come, thank you.
Culpano. Yes as you know, balcony outside room 4126, tried to book it but all of block 4 was closed for decorating !
EGTC. Once again you say the nicest things !
Alan. Well yes all taken from the only spot with a view, on the balcony of block 4 at the Hilton Sharks Bay, but aviation photography in Egypt is a no no !!
I got away with it for five days ! but on the ‘sixth day of christmas’ security did come to me …. and demanded that I cease in a very forceful way …. so to save the 400 photos that I had I backed off gracefully and became a tourist 😉

So to continue a few photos of the ‘not often seen visitors’ with more European visitors to follow if you would like them ??
