    Somewhere in that wreckage was my camera, my jacket and my sanity.
    The red Sierra estate was the car supplied to us by the film company and I had just removed the rudder for storage.
    The breakers were Roger Windleys somewhere in Lincolnshire and he later put the scrap up for sale.
    The chap standing up in the blue overalls in the middle of the wreckage is just about where I was, with one difference………..we were moving at the time.

    B-17 man, I am trying very hard to think who you are.
    Pictures from Duxford & Binbrook so were you on the film crew or are you someone I know very very well already?
    You obviously managed to grab a flight.

    So who is B-17 man? I’m just dying to know?
    As you will all be aware I have just joined the forum and read this thread from, errm a very interested angle shall we say.

    Who are you?
    The piccy you took of the Avenger in flight must have been taken looking over my shoulder.
    I took several of it, one of them directly underneath me in the left waist gun.
