Unless they mean…
the CVIX
😡 Not funny:mad:
Cheers Ben
I know, only 49 aircraft. Not really worth it, is it? 😉
Question for Ben Rogers
Ben,
Any idea who was flying what today?
Everton – no variety? Since when? La9, Ju52s, Corsairs, Lockheed 12, grrrrr:mad:
That list is quality.
IMHO Legends if for warbirds, always has been, always will be.
Thats what makes it unique, different to other shows. As Stephen Grey once said, Legends captures a particular age, and that is the age of the piston.
Apparently so
My dear boy you seem to be forgetting the Lufthansa aircraft, the Corsairs, Skyraider, Cats, La9 etc.
The Bucc, Phantom, Lightning etc at RIAT will be driven in on low loaders before the show, Phantom and Harrier already there apparently. 🙂
Anyone been at DX today? Any pics?
Cheers 🙂
No, the CVIX wasn’t there yesterday. Was the second AA Dakota there today, as I’m sure I saw it (or one like it) flying over this morning?
Anyone remember the U2 that visited a long time ago? Or the Dutch P3? The RAF E3D? The 2x Italian F104s? The Noratlas in the late 1980s?
Ah Manston.
DC8s aplenty. I love that place. Plenty of eggbeaters as well 😀
I spend plenty of my holidays there.
Cheers Steve & Alexis. Good to see Mark Linney flying the T33 (and presumably the F86) again. Does anyone know whether Rod Dean and Rolf Meum still fly them?
