Look on the bright side though, I’m sure no Vulcan would free up funds for RIAT to have yet another F16, another F18 and another stunt/display team.

Not strictly true, I seem to recall that RIAT get all the military assets free of charge, and that the Vulcan pretty much exhausted the budget this year (hence, no Sea Vixen display)
