A few more from the next hall, which contains mainly aircraft from the Korean and Vietnam wars.

The first couple of shots are of the Northrop A-17, and it is the only one left of its type.
The finish on it is absolutely stunning, and the lighting emphasises that!

    Ant Harrington,
Its a replica of a 1910 Hanriot from France.
The fuselage was built along the same principle of a racing skiff, which results in it being strong and light.
Old Rhinebecks excellent repro does not leave the confines of the runway, it just gets airborne for a few seconds then lands again before it runs out of grass.

A wonderful evening flight, and a great end to the day.

    A few from inside.
Unfortunately there is a bit of wasted space inside where they could put one or more of the rarer types, but I believe they have other aircraft that they rotate with those on show, as a photo on one of the displays that was taken about 10 years ago has quite a few aircraft on the deck that are no longer there, with the current ones in their place.
As I found with quite a few of the museums in the USA, although the aircraft on display are excellent, as are the museums, they tend to be a bit dark, making photographing difficult. (My apologies for a couple of these being a touch fuzzy).
