im only 18 and they say that you have to be a minimum age of 19 does this matter? I have e-mailed lets of people and have had a lot of help from the connextions people. I think I would be able to handle the cabin service and I think that MOnach and Easyjet would be really good airlines to work for.

    yeah, but what about:

    Wizz Air
Helvetic – soon to be LGW
    Norwegian
    Sky Europe
    Air Berlin
    EU JET – MSE

all go into the south east + the ones you have already said

my point exactly, I think the most growth will be in the north. I think that MAN will attract the most people, so why little loco’s there. At LGW you have FR, U2, WW, soon Helvetic, ZB, Germanwings for example and LTN has FR, U2, Wizz, ZB, Helios?

thomsonfly could fill a gap in the market at Doncaster (or whatever its going to be called) if it flies the right routes. As demonstrated in the south people are less willing to travel to the airports where there is an even spread (LGW, STN , LTN) of airlines.

would also like to see a paralell taxiway as well in the near future. All this talk of piers, when they need extra runway capasity first.

In the south also we have GB Airways from LGW – Tenerife North and BY has also tried the route. BD also had the route from LHR, but couldnt make a profit because they could only do it with a 321, when they really nedded a 320.

The Funchal route currently is operated by a TAP 321 to LHR, but the route needs more capasity.

Hope that claifies my points, thanks,

    Ashley

    you know what I mean:

V-BIRD/HLX – very limited (no competition to ZB)
bmibaby – very diorganised, some competition on southern spain routes.
    ryanair – Dublin only

In the south here we have easyjet, monarch, ryanair, flybe, gb airways all offering low cost (ish) flights to southern spain or canaries. MAN doesnt seem to have that capasity, maybe a UK low cost airline at manchester would be good to cover these routes bmibaby against ZB?

MYT 757’s are just a roumer I have heard to cover gaps predicted in the schdule (covering planes transfered to ZB)

and what about the possibilty of winter routes to the alps. The A330’s could also be used on trips to the caribbean and new york/rockies?
