Estonian Robinsons. Have anybody seen any pictures of PZL Kanias which were used by Cyprus National Guard in 1990s?
Got anyone here pics of EC120, EC135 and EC145 recently delivered to Lithuanian govt and/or Lithuanian Border guards?
EC135 and EC145 taken in Gdańsk, Poland during delivery flight:

However, they do have a small number of “Dae-Woo” license-built W-3 Sokols coded in Vietnamese “T.C.T BAY-DICK VU” on the side of airframe.
None of Sokols was built under license by Daewoo. They were only bought by this company. The W-3, which picture you have attached (c/n 37 0804), was the only Sokol used in Vietnam. Now it is used by Helikorea.

Wymysl: Wow mate that’s great, love the eyes, how many forces in total has Poland sent in?
Poland in summer 2003 sent 6 W-3 Sokols and 4 Mi-8T to Iraq. Then in january 2005 4 Mi-24s were sent in. One Sokol was detroyed in a fatal crash (3 people lost their lives) and the remaining 5 have just returned home.
And what is that sticking out of the side window there?
Looks like a lateral gun mounting platform to me..
Flex is right. This a PKM machine gun.
In fact, I am pretty sure.
The Hind and Hip really look as if they were Polish. There are two strange things, though. The star is painted close to the place where Polish insignia is usually applied and there are no signs of overpainting. And the second is that a friend of mine, who usually knows everything about Polish aviation, knows nothing about this agressor painting 😉

It also has what seems to be an Indian Army serial: IA-11021.
Would be nice to figure this one out!!
Anyone?
My guess is it was offered as insurance maybe if the ALH didn’t work out.
I see I didn’t manage to make myself understood 🙂 This Sokol was painted in Indian markings this year in order to appear in a film. Unfortunately I don’t know more details.
PZL Sokol in Indian(?) markings:
This painting is only for film needs.
Poland has D and V variants. A few Mi-24Ds are in Iraq.
