    Hey.

I’m Mark and I haven’t been on here for a while.

I’m an Air Training Corps instructor and now also a Territorial Army Radio Operator (in training lol).

So I’d like to introduce myself and re-introduce myself if you get what I mean 🙂 🙂 🙂

It’s beyond a joke!!!! Honestly, it seems that they care more in the UK about non-Brits than they do about us….I’ve heard of being a prisoner in your own home but this is rediculous!!!!

Seems like it’s another case of who care’s what the Brits think – as long as everyone else is happy.

I actually got my nickname ‘Pike’ from Dad’s Army.

I used to be an actor in the theatre before I joined the ACF at the age of 14 and after turning right instead of left on parade one day it’s been Pike ever since 😀 😀 😀 LOL 😀

Used to do rather good impressions of him too 😀 😀 😀

I can’t remember when I joined (2004ish I think), although there’s probably some information on it on my profile pages somewhere but I think I was browsing google for some information on the Spitfire Mk V undercarriage (I used to do a lot of that in college…..probably all I did 😀 😀 😀 LOL :D).

I ended up bookmarking it and reading some of the threads during my lunch-break and an hour later I was posting as though I’d been doing it for years….and now I actually have 😀 😀 :D.

Don’t get much time on the internet now though so my hands and fingers actually have time to ache like hell 😀 😀 😀 Perhaps I have RSI or something 😀 😀 😀 LOL 😀

I tend to stick mostly to the GD and FS forums mostly (as well as models of course)

    Mark.

    And I used to have more than 1,107 posts 😀 😀 😀

I split up with mine just before Valentines Day….so I just stayed in bed.

Her family have been causing a lot of trouble just because I “work for the RAF”…..I’m an instructor with the ATC….hardly flaming armed combat is it?????

Yet they “don’t agree” with violence. Damn, I almost forgot that her grandfather was in the RAF AND….wait for it….her father used to get drunk every night, and beat up her mother!!!!!!

    Great example.

The RAF won’t have me yet but I am about to start training to fly microlights. Once I’ve logged enough hours I intend to get my instructors rating and start a flying school in my area.

Her parents say I should stop ‘daydreaming’ and just do a normal job like everyone else. I’m ****ing sick of this notion around here that if you have an ambition or a dream, you are a retard and a head-case…..it makes me sick!!!!

By the way, hi guy’s…I’m back!!!

    Mark 🙂
