It could be cheaper to pay the carer than to keep them in prison. Come to think of it, I once read that it was cheaper to stay in the Ritz than it is to keep someone in prison – for the same amount of time.

Perhaps a full-time carer would require less payment per 24 hours than a 24 hour period behind bars???

Mind you, I guess the Germans were right about one thing – it’s cheaper to just shoot them – (this is meant as a morbid joke only)

Some of the jokes I heard today – none of which is politically correct or racially acceptable to post here but they were very funny all the same.

I once knew this (forgive the term) black woman who was so racist (only in her “anti-black” jokes) I’d swear blind she was a racist white woman 😀 😀 😀 LOL 😀 Now that was also funny.

I was also discussing something with my manager on the shop floor when I happened to mention that there were two things in this world I cannot understand – women and Americans (you know, how they call the boot of a car a trunk etc) and unbeknown to me, there was an American Woman at the counter – fortunately she saw the funny side of it.

As for me, I was laughing so much at the irony that it really did hurt :diablo: :dev2: :diablo:

Another thing that annoyed me is that they tried blaming the Police which was persuing for causing the accident.:mad:

Sorry to hear about your friends 🙁 🙁 🙁

And no doubt the idiots in the stolen care were expecting the police to believe them about it being their (the Police’s) fault – why can’t we have a British version of America’s Dumbest Criminals with the idiots in the stolen car taking centre stage???

Utter disgrace – this also made me swear today.

Just when I was starting to kick the habit too 😀 😀 😀

    I REALLY like this thread 😀 😀 😀

Sorry, just thought I’d mention it as I actually know very few interesting facts despite having several books of facts in the shop 😀 😀 😀

What’s that going to achieve? They’re not smart enough to understand what they’ve done is wrong so cutting their hands off isn’t going to do any good.

    Paul

Very true!!! Perhaps just tie their hands behind their back then 😀 😀 😀 LOL 😀 They can’t steal the replacements then 😀 😀 😀
