A copy of F-22 is not a show of tech superiority for Russia. Russian are good in something like building submarines, Transport A/c.. So If u are think deterant then Topol with MIRV will be enough not another F-22..

IMHO F-22 is still an A/c that can crash anytime.. I mean it has lot of technology which has to prove.. :confused:
