Oops, didn’t know they were down in New Zealand! ::oops::
At a guess, the OFMC Corsair, Mustang and Spit/P40
Or in my case…. you spend lots of money trying to build and paint model aircraft, tanks etc – then Corgi come out with diecast models!

Wow, so as far as i know that’s two aircraft at pubs – theres an old SAR Whirlwind HAR.10 somewhere, Essex i believe
I think maybe something prop driven would be more popular, perhaps a batch of early Spitfire’s or ME109’s
This is one that happened yesterday – when crossing the road on my way to college, a guy was knocked off his moped by a BMW driver. He was lying there in the middle of a main road, not moving, and everyone walking (there was a lot of students about) just stood there or walking, staring! Couldn’t believe it, so i dropped my bag and ran into the road, and helped the guy up and picked the moped up, and brought the guy to the side of the road to make sure he was ok. His moped was damaged and the guy was shaken up but seemed fine, i had to go after about 5 minutes to get to college.
In all, there was me, the BMW driver, and two drivers that were behind the BMW helping the poor guy, while everyone else either looked or walked off to school, couldn’t believe it

1) Well, all of the aerial scenes of the Battle of Britain are great, but the one where all the Hurricanes and Spitfires mass to kick Luftwaffe ass is great, and also one where the Spitfires are attacking the bombers, and after one of them hits the sea the Battle of Britain music starts up, love that bit every time
2) Memphis Belle (the 1980’s version) where all the B17’s take off
3) Master and Commander, the battle at the end, especially when the French ship comes along side thinking HMS Surprise is a merchant ship, and then all the guns come out and fire
4) Apocalypse Now where the choppers attack the Village
5) Who Dares Wins, the attack on the building at the end, great stuff!
6) The Bourne Supremacy, the car chase
7) Deathwatch, the battle at the beginning

What’s A and C? In about six months time when i have transport i may be able to come down about once a month to help out, if a 17 year old can do any help
Is the Grahame White hangar closed then because of staff shortages? Hope not, it’s my favourite bit of the museum!
I’d quite like to see a batch of Meteor F.1’s myself, if i was a millionaire i’d buy one!
I think Revell themselves do an easy build kit of a eurofighter, i know in 1/48 they have a ready painted Spitfire mk II, all you need to do is just glue the wings/undercarriage/propeller etc together and hey presto, only about a tenner as well
