Hi Dave
Most of what I’ve put up here are screen shots of my Flight Simulator model
I don’t have pain’t numbers but I can send swatches.
Depending on how accurate you want to be remember my comments about different cockpit glazing, side widow arrangement and pax door size. For example if you are doing SABENA G-APAV that is one of four with a small repositioned pax door and being an Air Charter order has fewer windows than the Silver City ordered aircraft, and different again on the port due to the repostioned door.
Another difference is Air Charter aircraft, at least the early ones, not having de icers at first but fitted later. The two Air Charter 31’s converted to 32 were different to each other. G-AMSA had the windows modified as the others in the fleet but G-AMLP kept all the windows of the 31 with the rear cabin added so had a unique window arrangement.
As I say, it’s your call on detail but I have the info here.:)

Nice to see you Keith……
Indeed the Silver City Association through Keith filled a lot of gap and confirmed a lot of detail some of which were holding up my project. Thanks a lot for that.
Dave…..as I said in my first post…I have all the info you need.
Just let me know what you want.

Channel Air Bridge were redish orange, the same as Air Charter…….Channel Airways were green. Aircraft interferance on TV was a feature of the old 405line VHF days. We had many aircraft fly over and they all did it, from Dragon Rapides to Viscounts.
One of the reasons you could hear the Freighters coming was the large cooling fan behind the prop which put out quite a whistling whirr ahead of the main chatter….quite a unique sound

The Navy Jetstreams were a civil aircrfat modified and some had previous civil registration.
The Dominie was a special version of the 125 only built for the RAF and had a different fuselage unlike any civil version.

HPR.7 Dart Herald production prototype and the first Dart Herald built is preserved in BEA livery.
The two Dart Heralds prototypes built before her were both converted from four engined HPR.3 prototypes.

When you say Silver City.which one
There are four main liveries and with variation that is at least 14.
MAC has a simple red band but two of the three aircraft had the different door and windows. There were temp liveries for MAC that were just white and grey with crudely hand painted titles.
There was a singtle BAF which used the last CAT livery and that was the similar striping to MAC but in a single blue…….all basically overpainted BAF livery
So again if you want, I have all the information you need.

I reckon that was the missing one Roger was thinking about and I’ve been trying since to think of:D
