Airship perhaps? Only thing I can think of with a speed range that slow.

It’s been a few years since I have used an Avenger throttle…..:D
That’s right, there is an extra lever for the supercharger control. There is no prop lever, because it is vernier type push pull control on the instrument panel on the Avenger.
