Thank you.
Can anyone else confirm that the second Kfir was SFM-5202?
73-0098
I am sorry. This one was not built for the IAF.It was supplied to the IAF as USAF surplus after the Gulf war.
I am looking for its USAF service history.
Nesher
Does anyone have the tie-ups between the IAF Nesher serials VS the Argentinian serials?
Spitfire TE566
Hi all.
Any news about a restoration of this warbird?
Avi
Thank you
The RX registration is to be read RX-138.This aircraft was registered in Panama to a fake airline named LAPSA which was established for flying this aircraft (and many other ex US military transport aircraft)out of the USA in 1948.
They were bought by Israeli purchasing agents as military surplus in order to transfer them to the newly established Israeli Air Force. They were civilianized
and flown under LAPSA titles to Panama en-rout to Israel.

The Cat has arrived to the port of Ashdod 2 days ago.It was unloaded and will be trucked by the IAF Queen Mary trucks to the IAF Museum where it will be assembled,Painted and displayed.
The problem is that it lacks the Blisters.Does anybody know where can they find blisters?

Meteor 9
Hi “Wildcat”
Thank you.
I hope that you can find your listings.I need a prove that 187 Sqn had these meteors although it is not logical. If they did not fly them,Then who?
Avi
Hi.
I have found that RAF 187 sqn was a transport sqn.Is it logical that they had Meteors?
Meteor allocations
Hi.
Thank you for your reply.
I have found in the UK SERIALS RESOURCE CENTER website that all of these aircraft were sold to Glosters after WFU.
I have found in another website that all of these aircraft were refubished in Terrant Rashton before delivery.
AEROFLIGHT quotes that the FR.9 were refubished at Flight Refueling LTD.
Was Fight Refueling located at Terrant Rashton?
Also,Is it possible that the IAF had received BRAND NEW fr.9 with no RAF Sqn allocation?
Waiting for your comments.
Thank you
