I’m shure this nice machine will look superb in a new coat. It’s alwaysd a pleasure to notice the devotion of many people to keep this aircraft in good display condition. 🙂

What a nice suprise to find this tread after a long day at work. I love the canberra pics (the interior shots show that they take good care for this lady) 🙂 . Also the Fairy Gannet is a nice suprise to see!!! Thanks a lot peter for posting those additional shots. I enjoyed browsing trough them.
Best regards,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Malcolm, Eric and the other denizens of MAM for making my visit on 12 January particularly memorable. In particular Malcolm for giving me a thorough inspection of his Canberra, and Eric for doing the same with the Argosy, going so far as to open the nose!
Looks like you had a good time Peter. Any more pics from your inspection? I’ve never seen a canberra in my life (not even a static one :o) but I hope this will change next year. I always loved the design.

Have a nice trip TT! Any biplane pic would be a joy to see for me. I’m looking forward to those pics because I haven’t got a clue about the kind of aircraft that are on show in Sri Lanka.

Thanks chaps. Nice freebies! I love the waterbomber game! 🙂

Autogyro heaven must he at Cuatro Vientos in spain where several of them are on static show. (One is even reported to be restored to running condition). A lot expertise about this type of plane can shurely be found there. The museums documentation does state thet the autogyro is a difficult machine to fly and I think the JDK’s posts may point out why.
Some pics for the fans:

Hi AT6,
Yep. It has been on the market for some months now. Sadly, my current buget is not big enough at this point. 😮
I hope she finds a good new home.
