I think several of us here would build up their own vintage collection if they had millions!
I would start my own one here in Belgium.
Planes on the wishlist are:
1. Harvard MKIIb or MKIII
2. Yakovlev Yak 11
3. Biplanes such as Boeing Stearman, Stampe, Stieglitz, …
4. P-51D Mustang
5. Spitfire (and if at all possible, an ex-Belgian Airforce example to paint in BAF livery)
And If I was extremly wealthy, also a mosquito and a Sea Fury 😮
But as you said; Dreams …..

Nice pic here. It’s good to bring this topic back on top because they can use all the help they get.

Very nice! Great pics from the sadly missed Sea Fury T20 and the mossie!
Thanks for posting!

The one you saw crashed a Keiheuvel. Both crew were killed. BW Roger
🙁
I didn’t know that. Sad news. I wondered why I couldn’t find any recent info about this Harvard. But now I understand why.

Very nice machine! Was it registered as PH-BKT (B-135)? This was a blue Harvard which I saw at a show in Belgium as a little kid (around 1987). I wonder what happend with that machine. Could this be the one?
J.V.
No objection to that! Any volunteers here who want to buy it and bring it back?
J.V.
Where did I see those pics before? 😉
Very nice Roger! Is that Harvard an ex-RNAF machine?
J.V.
Although I already bought the pack 😮 , I’m very curious to see what they have written. Of to the press shop.

I have a soft spot for G-FIRE. It was civilian marked for a long time and it is an ex Belgian Airforce plane. What more can I wish for?
Nice pics.

Looks like they have all turned into thumbnails now. I doubt if it can be implemented, but I wouldn’t mind an having an option in the user CP where you can select how you want to view attachments, i.e. full size, thumbnails or links. Also it might be better to have the full size images (either from link of thumbnail) open in a different window.
Just my 2 cents….
I’ll back that up. Of course, the thumbnails idea is great for users who have a slow internet connection. But others (like me) might prefer the view of the images like it used to be. Now, it will take a lot more effort for me to take a look at each picture. 😮
Greets,
J.V.
I am shure that it will reveal itself when the appropriate time comes. Patience is a virtue.
