OK get this… “RANT ALERT”…

Heard on the news over the weekend that one county’s police force was making full use of its Speeding Cameras and they had issued over the past few months thousands of tickets… no real surprise there except that among these tickets, several thousand of them where being issued to the Ambulance service who had been caught speeding…. WTF!!!!

Taking it into perspective as far as i can recall if the blue lights were on they said they weren’t issuing tickets but even so, the Ambulance is an emergency service and in my view, like the police, they should be exempt from speed restrictions in emergency vehicles.

Think of all the money being wasted on the adminstration of issuing these tickets… IT’S MADNESS!!!!!!!!

Who gives a S**T if an Ambulance is speeding, or a Police car, or Fire engine, or MD or any emergency service vehicle. All of the drivers, as far as i’m aware have advanced driver training so i’m sure they are prefectly safe to drive at speed so whats the problem.

This is a small example of what irritates me about this country, the amount of time, money and effort being wasted in the UK over things that seem utterly pointless and stupid.

OK i’m back to normal now 😀

The game is awesome, I keep annoying my buddy (who also has it) by waffling on about it all the time. He’s got some grand ideas about making mods for it but between you and me (and the forum :)) he doesn’t have enought time to spend creating them.

I recommend the area effect arrows mod downloadable from the main site http://www.morrowind.com, it gives a great enhancement to the type of arrows you can get in the game.

Hehe, its a good job you weren’t here for the “hello” post. I dread to think how many views and replies that got, it must be in the region of 100+ replies and 400+ views. A true masterpiece in pointless posting from yours truely. 😀
