Its difficult but after a bit of trial and error you can work out where you can run and where you can’t… In some places you need to be very quick and know where you’re going in order to avoid the flames and explosions.
If i remember correctly you need to go through the kitchen and out the back. wait in the storage room for an explosion which will allow you to get through (i think) then you need to keep running.
The best advice is to keep trying, its not that difficult but you will die lots before you work it out.
