Are Air and Ground handling the Javelin?
It’s at Booker with Mr Parkhouse and currently for sale.
For those of us that missed it can someone give us the main points of the story?
Thank you Geoff. One of the biggest issues has been trying to get a story picked up by the national press. Social media is wonderful but it has limits. If anyone can help with this it would really make a difference.
How many were/are in this yard?
Hello Gents,
The £75k is inclusive of dismantling, delivery and reassembly at Bruntingthorpe. The money raised will be either refunded or donated in a 50/50 split to the BBMF & RNHF depending on the wishes of the individual benefactors if the bid to aquire the Phantom is unsuccessful. I hope this clarifies things.
No gents that is the standard MK.1 distraction tower placed there to confuse people after they finished entombing all of the pristine spitfires in a vault below.
******.
Don’t show that P-16 pic to DARPA its actually not a bad idea!
Hi Shannan,
I echo everyone in welcoming you and applauding your efforts in returning a Gannet to the skies. Just to ask the question regarding co-operation with the XL500 team at St Athan again. Are you in contact with them in a positive sense and is there any suggestion that parts you believe to be yours have ended up with them (one would assume through no fault of their own)?
Just a hint of sarcasm there!
Exactly Tony, not a Scimitar hence I was looking for the ID!
No, sadly not. All will become clear in good time.
Double trouble
There are two the same mounted in cockpits. Just to tease.
Thanks Tony,
