Dear Peter,

Upon Air Holland’s order Lila Design Aviation proposed several design proposals for a new Air Holland logo and aircraft exterior paintscheme. As the airline is relaunched since 2000, Air Holland has to make flights every day during this summer season to make profit. A new Air Holland image is expected to be executed later this year, during the low-season. Air Holland re-started with a B757-200 and had an 100% fleet expansion this year by adding another B757-200.

Rent a bike (possibly rentable at Schiphol), that’s the most easy way to explore the whole Schiphol area.

Interesting sites too: 2 x Mc Donanalds (one close to runway), Aviodome (aviation Museum), my sister in Hoofddorp for a cup of coffee, Schiphol East with the Dutch Dakota Association planes, plant and museum, former Fokker factory plants and a number of international aviation related companies. Oh, do not forget the “Luchtvaart Hobby Shop” ([http://www.lhshop.nl]) in Aalsmeer.
