It’s the Project Open Sky one which you can download from Avsim. It’s an FS2002 aircraft but it works fine in FS2004.

If your taking about the Ex Air Wales one then I can say its owned by Aurigny but is Lsd to Flightline at the moment which is based at Southend 😎 Like the AF F70 wont be long till she be KLM colours.
