Air Berlin might be better than Ryanair at service, not hard really! but for the last 3 years in a row they have made a loss, €60.1million in 2003, €0.8million in 2004 and €6.9m in 2005. Ryanairs bottom line profit was €306.7million for the last 12 months. I know who I d rather have shares with!
So I think the eminent irishman would be laughing at AB all the way to the bank with his millions!
I would have shares in AB then Crappy Ryanair.
James 😡

I saw the Sea Fury leave Manston for its base and what i could see was a dent in the nose ,funny that the blades on the sea fury where not touched.Has she got a new nose waiting for her and hope she flys again soon before the RNAS Yeovilton International Air Day.
all the best on the RNHF

Anyone got an update on G-TEMT (MW763). Last update we had was they were hoping to have it ready this year, but I guess from all the news we’ve had they still don’t have the engine???
a Hawker tempest what looks like a hawker Typhoon 😮 are you saying one might fly here in the UK 😮 😮
James
Wouldn’t a BBJ2 suffice?
Don’t think they will get a BBJ some how it will not look good if he did get one.Get the A319CJ.
James

James
Yes that would be correct, I believe last summer saw the introduction of the 300’s ?
Sure thing mate Ex- Corsair aircraft
James
It had two engines and was of relatively large size for a biplane – so at a guess a DH Rapide, however the airplane I had little detail on was the size and make-up of the Tiger Moth,
Wozza
There you go then its a DH Rapide. you sure a Tiger moth not a Boeing Stearman ST75 😀
James
Not historic, but very unusual round here.
Last night at about 21:30, I was sitting in the garden having a glass of vino with my son and we had noticed during the evening that Stansted bound a/c were taking a completely different track and were coming in from the NW and turning over my house, never seen that before.
The next minute a fast jet appeared from the direction of Wethersfield heading NW at about twice the height of the airliners, I couldn’t get my bins in time, but I thought it was either a Typhoon or Tornado with it’s wings right back.
I haven’t seen military jets over here for years, apart from transitting from Southend, but to see one at that time on a Sunday night as well was very strange, so was it’s course, looked to be heading for the Birmingham area.
Anyone have a clue what it might have been and up to, I assume from it’s track that it had come in from over the North Sea, has there been an airshow in Europe this weekend, on the other hand, with all the bases being in either Norfolk, Lincs, Yorks and Scotland, why would it come over here, and I’m certain it wasn’t a Valley Hawk, the tail was too big.
The Typhoon has been at the Margate air show which was this weekend but that might still be at Manston?
