The Canon 350D certainly seems to be a popular choice amongst aviation snappers these days. What lenses are you using ? πŸ˜‰

I so have to get one Canon 350D

    Great pictures there.

I think they will do well on the Belfast route and cant wait until July when it’s a B737!

Whats wrong with the Fokker 100 doing the route.Did you enjoy flying on the F100 I saw did with EUjet.

    Brilliant report there.

On the topic of AB F100 how long are they in service for?

As far as I’m aware it is stilled owned by Alain de Cadenet and still up for sale. I think OFMC are hoping that when someone does buy it, they might get the contract to overhaul/operate it.

Why don’t OFMC just buy it or is it too much for them.

[QUOTE=Ewan Hoozarmy]’Twas Brendan O’Brien and Celia Kench, who both presented ‘Flightline’ for satellite TV. Despite Brendan’s over enthusiasm and dodgy fashions, he sure is a good pair of hands in the cockpit of most things…..ooo er Mrs! πŸ˜€

    [QUOTE]

That TV prog was based at nearby Headcorn aerodromme Kent . Brendan O’Brien lives in headcorn and still flys there with the Tiger Club.

    Hmmm….. an E3, eh?

    Since it’s a B707 wearing a silly hat, I’ll pretend that it’s a commercial aircraft. πŸ˜‰

    πŸ˜€

Maybe a military jet but its still a commercial airport πŸ˜€

Why may I ask was the Columbian (?) air force doing up in NCL? ?

    :p

Whats with the columbian (or at least columbian looking) flag on the tail all about then?

Wozza thats not a columbian flag but i know what you mean πŸ˜‰ , all 8 Squadron aircraft have it by the RAF badge http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~8sqnwad/

That Sentry AEW1 is in 8 Squadron 90th Anniversary markings

    hope that helps

    Greats shots there

The JET2 733 (G-CELZ) with a car seemingly up its backside was being towed from the Multiflight hanger over to the terminal. I’m not quite sure what the purpose of the car was, but it made for an interesting size comparison.

Its too make the car feel special πŸ˜€

    Great shots there Paul.
