This is a family occassion, I think you have been to few over the years. After a hot day at an Airshow perhaps for 13 hours, one may expect a beer, know what I mean, DOH! 😡

    Rob

If I was in the sun for 13 hours i might have a beer or just drink water but as long I see warbirds I don’t care :diablo:

    Hi,

£30 thats far less than a ticket to a some rock concerts/festivals, Womad is £50+ for the Saturday, I don’t know about V, or Tea in the park, and of course Glastonbury is far more (if you can even get a ticket).

The Royal Opera is anything between about £25 and £150, I had to pay £35 each to take my girlfriend to the theatre on new years eve. Our local Cinema is £7 for a 2hour film, a reasonable meal in a restraunt is about £20 per head – I could go on, but on this perspective £30 for a full day seems pretty reasonable to me.

    Steve.

£30 is not much compaired to some things like steve said.

Bus? You mean this one? It looks like it came straight from Air France!

OK, I promise that will be the absolute final time I post a photo of a bus, unless it’s one that flies that is!

    1) Its a Fiat
    2) Its over an hour old
    3) you claim it will be taking you and paul on many a visit to airports – I suspect more to your local Fiat garage, the hard shoulder, and the back of an AA truck.
    4) Its yellow, if Leeds is anything like London expect paint stripper

Having another look over the photos, isnt Harrogate near where Emmerdale is filmed

Its a great car anyway a car is a car to me. Brilliant photos of LBA again.

BTW emmerdale is filmed 10 miles outside of leeds as the studios for emmerdale are in leeds

That was in the Kent on Sunday two weeks ago but they where only in talks about the flights to Norfolk Airport in Virginia for the 400th anniversary events for the Jamestown settlement, hope it will be MON A300 that will be alsome :p

and the World Airways charter programme will be all though July with the MD-11’s

Off topic but Happy 70th anniversary Spitfire

Unless this person is very out of touch i am assuming it is the cargo flights previously operated by Channel Express now branded as Jet2 that are moving.

They don’t do cargo flights there anymore they use too do BOH to Channel Islands F27 but they got rid of the aircraft so Air Contractors does the flight instead with ATR aircraft.

I wonder who will take over the Ex-Channel express bulidings
