But to where would you send them if they are British?

Throw them in jail and let them rot there till they die:diablo: ๐Ÿ˜ก But if forgion throw them out the country. Make me so angry that they have no respect to memorial and to the people who gave there lives for this country:mad: ๐Ÿ˜ก

To one of our disused Royal Navy Vessels they haven’t got around to scrapping yet. Stripped of everything useful and moored too far from land for the toe rags to swim ashore. I wouldn’t honour them with supplies either, they’d have to make the best of it for as long as they survived.

Me to think this is a great Idea but place it in the Mid Atlantic and make a hole at the bottom of the ship and watch them sink or die from the cold :diablo: :dev2: Plus I bet if they get found they only get a ยฃ100 fine

    hi
nx611 has about 700 hrs left on the airframe
as the lanc hasnt flown since the early 70s when it flew from i believe a south coast airfield to blackpool it would require a lot of money and a trip to BAE at chadderton, manchester for overhaul
about 2 to 3 ยฃm possibly to put it up in the air
packard will build a merlin for ยฃ1m per unit
    so it wont be cheap
    and if it crashes?
    no more lanc
is it worth the risk when you can see it taxi tail up
    to view it insideยฃ25
    a taxi ride ยฃ165
a taxi tail wheel up ยฃ500
    ive been inside
my uncle was a w/op with 576 sqn at fiskerton
    brave men
this lanc needs to be preserved intact
    see [url]http://www.fiskertonairfield .org
my uncles crew are on the site
    (les brown)
in the next few days post permitting i hope to recieve 576s operational records from dec44 to sept 45 when les was with the sqn
    should be an interesting read

Thats true but the BBMF Lanc and the Canadian Lanc could crash but they are still flying after all them years flying just look at the Vulcan only one flying be such a big loss if that goes down. But you must admit two Lanc’s doing flypast would be fantastic ๐Ÿ˜€

if we are talking about what next, i really think the recently retired jaguars would be ideal candidates ๐Ÿ™‚ i wish i had the money to buy one lol

I think A Sea Harrier would be great to have flying:cool: We have a Sea Vixen that does not fly not much lets hope the Vulcan dont end up like that in years to come ๐Ÿ™ I think the best thing is to wait and see what happens let 2008 go by then see what happens for 09
