There were 2 Spitfires there on Saturday Carolyn Grace who displayed and Peter Teichman who was there on static.

Oh right did he take his Hurricane at all?

    I see both twin-engine and four-engined a/c, and quite a few low-flying bizjets

Might be wrong but it sounds like some planes are for/from London City airport  can you name the types off aircraft:D ?

To answer a couple of your questions Manston Airport,

P-51C, G-PSIC was bought by Jim Beasley and now is based in the USA.

Hangar 11 don’t seem to appear at Legends, can’t remember the reason though.

Thank you blurrkup dame another great warbird gone to the States, Oh yeah I remember Hanger 11 where not there last year was it due to how the show is runned?

    James,

Glad you enjoyed the photos. The A-10 flies slowly, it’s said to be the only military jet which is at risk of birdstrikes from behind.

The F-22 Raptor is already in service with the USAF.

Perhaps you’re thinking of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, several of the partners in that project have been threatening to withdraw.

    Richard.

Thanks for the post Flying Kiwi Well I have knever heard off a plane getting hit by birdstrike from behind:eek: I am sure it was the F-22 never mind if the J-35 does not get the go ahead will it mean we keep are GR7/GR9 Harriers:diablo:
