Just passed Air Law with 87%. The reality of the paper that I sat was that I would say the perhaps one third of the questions were identical, another third fairly similar, the remainder not similar to the Confuser questions. It would not be possible in my view to pass the exam just on knowledge of the Confuser alone – which is probably the way it should be. Having said that, the Confuser is an indespensible aid to revision.
