Actually if it don’t look like the first picture. I would be rather disappointed.
Personally, I would be disappointed if they go for flat nozzles because it would mean only 2D TVC….the T-50 maneuverability will be one of it’s main strengths.
@Bergidum
See the following ‘piece of art’ I made!

This must be some sort of mistake by the news agency or the admiral means the Borei’s and Delta-4’s together
Interesting. Could you please link me to some details, TR1? I guess this is Russia’s long-delayed answer to JSTARS?
The Tu-214R would be more like J-Star.
The Ka-31/23D2 is similar to the French Horizon system
It won’t mean any of the above except maybe less political tension and possibly increased economic ties
Hotdog, you’re a funny guy – you sure know how to push it, don’t you…:D
The word W.nker comes to mind

N.Korea’s Air Force Chief with Kim Jong-il on Russia Trip
More fuel for the fire :)…
Antonov and Siemens PLM Software signed a deal at Maks 2011 for the integration of data management and design software which is to be used in the production of the An-124 and An-70…
I’m more interested in WTF is Article 133 mentioned in Q2 Saturn report 2011;)
I suppose I’m asking in vain but is there anything more on the Izd. 133?
I’ve wondered the same – looks almost like _another_ designator pod
Here’s the company’s homepage, no mention of the EO system in the photo though:
Thanks.
Would be pretty funny actually, first UOMZ fails for years on end to mature the Sapsan to an acceptable degree, leaving the Russian air force without a modern targeting pod and causing them to look seriously at a French design. Come 2011 though and not only does buying abroad seem to be off the table, suddenly there could be up to 3 domestic candidates!
yeah, seems to have spurred them into action
Anyone know what this is?

Is this the new Id 127 engine ?
It could be, but since it’s not mentioned specifically hard to say either way.
