Thanks for that , that is really helpfull , particularly about the front of these units , I might have to do a guess on the rear .
So I take my sister has found a gem for me ? Thank you , I will look forward to their arrival .
There is a beautiful replica at the Aviation Heritage Centre at Omaka .
Sounds like Peter Jackson . So which aircraft used this engine ?
Tim Wallace’s one is a Battle Of France veteran I beieve but as it is fully restored and airworthy I do not know how much of the original is there .
A couple of years ago I read an article about the Byrd Fokker and attempts to raise the bucks to recover it . There were photos of the naked airfame on the ice .
Never believe in these “once in thirty year weather event predictions”. I believe there is a Pobjoy on display at MOTAT in Auckland NZ.

Steady progress is being made and there was an update with pictures recently on Dave Homewoods site . I think Brendon has a website too .
I believe it was the same colour as the cheatline on Transport command aircraft such as the Brittania and may have been called Aircraft Blue .
Could you tell me about the kit , what scale is it , what is it made of , what was the cost and are there anymore in the series ?
I think SAAF is more likely .
Is there any info out there on the ones which became squadron hacks during the war? What colours and or markings did they wear ?
