Word has it that 70mph winds tore through the Northfield area of Birmingham overnight and caused £30m worth of improvements!

    Cosford

    Excellent.

I think the reason so many exhibits were outside at this time was the cladding of the roof in the top hangars, i can remember them before they were clad and working long sundays with frozen fingers , ears and worse!! That Lib brings back some memories, like the day the sycamore ( i think) fell off the roof and dropped on top of it! ooops!

I think, but take don’t this as verbatim, that a few months ago, a French chap also got killed, skimming a Mountain ridge.
At the end of the day, yes, as in many such sports, you know the risk you re taking, and somtimes, have to pay the price. I wonder what thoughts go through their minds when they realise what’s about to happen.

Its not so much what thoughts go through their mind, more like which part of their anatomy, their a–e would be high on my list of suspects!

    Freeloader??….. Nah!

Oh, and he is wearing a Hi-viz jerkin too. Presumably in the hope of fooling someone that he is official/special/on business/not a complete t*at in some way.

Thats my uncle Derek, he works for the council, he cuts hedges.

It shouldnt be called religion, it should be called ‘Faith’ , one hour a week throughout the entire education process wont hurt them! Then we can all, and i mean all! know a little about each others faiths and beliefs, it doesnt have to be shovelled down their throats and there should be no getouts, everyone sits in the lesson. whether youre black, white ,brown or green with yellow spots.

The runway at Cosford is in excellent condition, maybe the local council could look at reposition Wolverhampton airport to this site, which is also served by excellent railway links and proximity to the M54 M6 etc.
