that nose wheel looks like its at some precarious angle there :S
does the nose wheel sit off centre when traveling straight forward?
just the one shot from the first wave of diversions at NCL, The Cairo, and Narita diversions from LHR taken beside the Bangalore a/c with the tail of the 777 from Boston in the shot
Hahaha, good luck pulling that sucker out 😀
Ahhh Alpha echo heading home is it?
Wow, its amazing to see that NCL hasn’t changed barely at all since that photo
He got the aircraft on the ground in one piece and didn’t plant it into the housing estate below. I’d say he did more than “almost made it”.
Well 2 peices maybe more to be exact 😀
I heard an RB211 backfire at LHR once.
It sounded like the wrath of God!
Jet2 are having the same issue with G-LSAE at the moment, been causing them the same problem on a few occasions now, just got a new engine fitted today, will put a lovely dent in their profits.
you have to love the fact that passengers think that in this modern day 1 engine failing could bring an aircraft down, when was the last time you heard of an accident cause by an engine failure on a Multi-Engine jet?
Ahh a good ole peice of Aviation Gaffer Tape, again it can fix anything on an aircraft hehehe
I think Newcastle would be a perfect place to host a race!
the infant hand baggage is really at the discretion of the check in agent, most would turn a blind eye to a small bag with baby stuff in.
Liquid restrictions still stand at the same level as they have since 2006.
No liquids over 100ml, even if its a 200ml bottle half full the container must be marked 100ml or less.
no restriction on powdered milk.
As for made up milk in bottles if i remember correctly as long as you taste it they security will normally allow you through with it, best though to confirm this with your local airport and i mean airport not airline.
If anyone’s after more shots of the KLM Embraer she is back tomorrow not sure of what time though unfortunately.
This will not sound as bad, but believe me it was… on a local IndiGo flight between DEL and BLR an elderly woman minced my brain for the full duration of the flight and insisted i do SuDoKu with her. Even when I told her that I don’t know how to do it, and have no interest she made it a point that I learn SuDoKu during the 2 hour flight.
Even today i walk a mile around if i see someone doing SuDoKu.
Damn that must have been painful!
i work at an airport and i can’t think of anything that gross apart from one passenger who smelt like they couldn’t reach the toilet in time for a #2, i realy felt sorry for those around said passenger.
Jet2 does not provide any checked allowance for infants, handbaggage only to carry infant stuff such as nappies etc is allowed.
The only exception to this rule is Buggies which you are allowed to check one in per infant.
Source: Work for a handling agent at NCL who handles Jet2.
Wow looks like one Hungry Fuel Truck!!
would love to know how they got into that predicament.
