RE: Newcastle News
They are a company offering low-cost seats on other airlines such as Air Scandic, Air Atlanta etc.
They offer seats on flights from MAN and NCL to AGP and TFS.
Hope that helps.
RE: Newcastle News
Norweigan Air Shuttle will continue NCL-SVG on their own from 7th January. Flights operate twice daily by Fokker 50. So NCL-SVG will be served 3 daily. Rumours are running around about a potential LH flight to FRA or MUC, and with DUS going to a CRJ-700. We will have to wait and see.
Today Go increased frequency to 3 Daily on the NCL-STN route.
RE: Gill Virtual Airways
I can help you with info.
Aberdeen was served 3 daily by ATR42
Belfast City was served 4 Daily by ATR42/ATR72
Dublin and Stansted were both served 3 daily by ATR72
Paris CDG was operated 3 Daily on behalf of AF.
The above routes were from NCL, with a JER/GCI summer saturday service operated by ATR72.
An ABZ-NOR service was operated 3 Daily I think by ATR42.
The other 2 F100s were operated from CDG to GOT and HEL. Not sure of frequency.
Hope that helps and good luck!
RE: Newcastle News
Wideroe start NCL-SVG Jan 7th taking over Braathens.
Go-fly increase frequency on NCL-STN to 3 daily from 21st december, with rumours of 4 daily in Spring. BA will replace DH8-300 on routes to DUB and ORK with ERJ145 next summer.
RE: DAT Flies
NCL-BRU is served by DAT and British European, both on 3 Daily frequency and on Bae146-200/RJ85/RJ100 a/c.
RE: Newcastle News
British European have been operating NCL-JER charters for the last 2 summers 😉
There has been rmours swirling that Norweigan Air Shuttle will coninue NCL-SVG, but with their own code and not that of Braathens. However Ive also heard that Wideroe could begin services on NCL-SVG.:-)
RE: Newcastle News
Yup, supposedly British European are taking over the Newcastle-Brussles route.
RE: Newcastle News
I have now read that JMCs bases at CWL and LTN will shut immediately with BRS closing early next year. JMCs base @ NCL will remain operational.

RE: WHAT HAS HAPPENED
I would choose a 777-200ER.
I will try and post in here more often now.
RE: British Caledonian back!!!
Not heard this, but if its true, then great!
RE: BMI Filling the plane?? I think not!
The majority of flights have been operating with loads of 70%+, however, now and again a flight goes out with a poor load.
RE: HRC?? Who are they??
HRC are South Atlantic Airlines, who have a single 757 based at LGW this summer, but with flights also operating from MAN and NCL.
Air Malta are KM or KMC. JN is Excel Airways scheduled prefix, operating from LGW, MAN and BHX to Malta.
RE: Up and coming regional airports
Newcastle needs more new routes to start, but there is potential there for major expansion especially in the charter market. Possibly, a runway expansion could be required.
RE: What does every1 think of teesside??
Its just a mini-version of Newcastle. NCL is too close for it and so I dont expect to see MME expand on the pax side of opertions, but cargo flights may be another matter.
Seems to have been getting busier over the last 2 summers, but its virtually dead in the winter.
