Even though i agree with Barry don’t let this put you off,the personalities are still here and may be, could be tempted out of thier lurking by the use of humorous thread topics.Try to keep it on topic and you shouldn’t come across any problems.

im getting COD 3 for Ps2 at xmas whats the missons like?

Personally i found them a bit short, the game play is fluid and fast, graphically its stunning the sound effects are excellent.I finished it in a few days ,but will replay it in a harder mode at a later date.

Some FPS based around more conflicts would be nice like Korea Suez or even WW1.It always makes me think could i have done this actually at the time. And probably a big no would come to mind, its bad enough trying to think tactically under pressure in the games never mind doing it in real life.
Hats of to the chaps who did.

Played them all and just completed call of duty 3.
But i do prefer the brothers in arms just for the commanding of your fire teams even if they are a bit thick sometimes.
But you cannot beat the daddy of them all medal of honor.

True chornedsnorkack, but there’s remains ,and remains.Walk that line ,usually in the dead of night and recover body parts from a one under isn’t in anybody’s job description ,and no matter how much old boy talk or training can prepare you for that. The driver can be so traumatised that a statement there and then can be impossable ,and may be a return to work for him may take months.
As for assisted suicide, i don’t rightly know if its legal in other countries, i know it goes on .?But in our modern day society, should we not be more aware of terminally ill peoples rights to end thier own lives ,quietly and with dignity and painlessly.

Sad events, my heart goes out to you.
We’ve all lost some one close to us, some times by thier own hand ,sometimes by gods. I know of a certain lady who after a brave battle would say, suicide was a cowards option. But ive also spent several hours at a friends bed side after they pumped his stomach for pills, only to listen to his “there was no other way” speech. He finally got his way late 98 after more attempts.
    So ive seen both sides..
My only thought is suicide can be very selfish, left behind ,family who are left with the doubt that could they have done something, and if you’ve ever driven the train, or walked the line with a bucket ,or even been on the door step with the neighbour’s ,saying they haven’t seen him for a while, knowing full well what faces you after you gain entry. They’ve gone, its you who has to put your life in some sort of order and put up with the nightmares.

The fact remains the death penalty is still not in force in this great land of ours and a return to it would be ni on impossable, given the majority of feeling about it.So when this person/persons are caught, we can study them over the remainder or thier natural lives, analyse the reasons why they were not caught sooner or if they fell through the detective proses ,why?.

Yes I’m anti death penalty, no I’m no bleeding heart libral. My life has been affected by hard drugs ,not just the personal assaults but by seeing good friends eaten by them, also working with families who have tried everything in thier power to halt drugs taking thier kids away, some times with great success most of the time NOT.
So before you tar them all “junkie scum” think about the few who with help and support of a few innocuous folk, live the remainder thier lives drug and alcohol free with loving families .Something these young girls will not be able to do.
