    Is it really that bad?….perhaps we’ve just had a Christmas/New Year rush!;)

    Or a cold snap….

    I should really also admit “hi i’m Robbie and i’m a Starbucks-aholic” … Especially counting that i’ve had 5 this week …

    Atleast 5 a day,Ive even the App for the phone.
    Need an Espresso now…

    Great loss,He was in 6 of my all time favorite films,including Among Giants a little gem of a movie.

    You should pat yourself on the back at staying polite and professional to him.
    His company probably paid for his seat and normally he would travel cattle class like the rest of us.
    Many years ago i had a customer rip in to me hell for leather,after about 10 minutes of smiling and nodding and agreeing with his inane ranting,he finished by insulting me.Saying has any one ever called me a $£&***!!£% before.
    Lots of times i said,BUT NEVER OUTSIDE OF WORK.
