Hyperwarp posted another picture of the new nozzle from a profile angle in the pictures and speculations thread. It’s a different nozzle at the very least. Could well be WS-10A.

Can You please give us a link or even upload the picture … I can’t find it ! :confused:

I think there was a picture “posted” in the German ” Der SPIEGEL”:

…. looked very much like the once proposed Sikorsky CH-53X / HTH 😎

I saw a Tupolev VTOL project “136” that looked remarkably like those models…

A VTOL project from Tupolev ????? … any more information as I never knew that Tupolev was working on fighter projects (not thinking about the Tu-128 !!!)

… anyway You are right I’m already thinking about a “what-if- and project-page” a long time …. but with two young little girls, my wife and my job …. a day has only 24 hours !!! 😀

Anyone know what this is exactly?

For me it looks like a Saab Gripen from behind … esp. if You take a look at the “part” behind the canopy !!

The 98+xx should be renamed to 29+xx in the near future.

No … they will be renumbered as 30+xx !!!!

Regarding the 5th example at Laage :confused: … the two display aircraft at the ILA in Berlin are 98+32 & 98+33 !

Here you go…the first pic is PV1 and the second TD1. The former has a whats-the-technical-term ‘slits’ on the inlets.

Sorry to arrive late on this thread, but the scanning and emailing took time. I tried to send to the concerned parties, but some came back bounced.

Dieno, the twin fin fighter is a HF73? It looks different in the diagrams given by HAL to Vayu. (Check mail, you would hve got the complete article by now).

I am attaching the 3 view diagrams that appeared in the article here.

Very interesting concepts and studies … esp. as “Your” HF-73 looks quite different with it’s single tail and lower wing setting !!

Do You have some more “Indian concepts and studies” esp. some which led to the LCA ????
