Panamá operates at least 5 C-212, some BN Defenders and about a dozen of helicopters (UH-1H, B-212) along with the T-35 Pillán, it looks nice (T-35 never could look nice but…)

Eurocopter offered us 15 Cougar for 180 € millions, the Sikorsky offer was about 140 € millions for 15 helos with the same conditions, the Army was indignated with Eurocopter, the offer that the goverment choosed was more or less 160 € millions for the Cougars….what a deal….and our NH-90 deal will be another great deal….for the manufacturer….

I prefer even a B-412EP to any Cougar, too expensive for me….

    And this looks great

We had a selection for our FAMET (Army helos units)…first was UH-60, second was AB-412…third was Super Puma (the most expensive) the goverment choosed the most expensive… Super Puma for sure

Some years we had another selection, again the UH-60L won in almost all the aspects, Cougar was the most expensive again…and our goverment choosed again the most expensive….the deal came with some terrorists extraditions, in Europe we trust….hehehe

I believe the Fuerza Aerea del Ecuador has some services for the communities, planes operated by the air force for zones that needs flights and there isn´t commercial flights. But now i believe that they changed the name to the service TAME or something like that.

That israelí call sign is because the plane is still in Israel, before the delivery….

DDR never operated T-62´s, they were with T-55AM2 when they received T-72´s, so….that T-62 could be from Cuba, Mongolia, Afghanistan or Ethiopia, but never from DDR.
