Uhh 60 million/helicopter. I assume this is for training, but man 60mn! That’s as much as a F-16C/Dblk50 and for a helicopter thats as much to maintain, and it’s combat record is uninspiring, it’s very slow and unmanouverable.

I would rather invest into something like Mi-28N or PAH-2 Tiger or even the Ka-52.
