what are those white smoke rails?is that a fuel dumping method?
In my experience, they are very different.
Obviously this is not applicable to everyone, but by and by large the French are probably a bit stronger on theoreticals, but have a harder time coping with change.
As in, the French will do better if the plan works… if the plan goes to crap, then the British will tend to shine.
Lol reminds me of Fred Thompson on “The hunt for the red october” when he said “Russians dont even **** out without a plan” lol it wasnt about french engineers though
Im talking about 50’s age but know for sure an albanian pilot went at 11.5G on Mig19.he had some health problems, but landed and after inspection wing had deformation and trunion screws were almost broken.
i suppose material tech has advanced and for sure Pak Fa has a greater overload factor. Then i think also Shlems and kourtkas have changed since then to keep pace with augmented maneuvrability of fighters.
Paralay why the difference on Y specific weight of fuel?Dont they use the same fuel in Us and Russia.
i remember an old Mig21 manual where was written it used a Y 0,83 specific weight kerosene
Test pilot of CCCP kazak national Toktar Aubakirov.
some very clear shots of the Mig31 intakes, maybe T-50 has the same bumps/ramps

Its not about looks but about capability. Nothing I have seen suggests that the F 35 would be less capable than the PAK FA.
Combat radius, speed, maneuvrability, combat weight to name few
How does the combat range of the Su-15 compare to the EE Lightning? I don’t think there’s much of a difference – that is to say, not great…
Great aircraft, one of my favourite Soviet aircraft. Let’s not forget all the aircraft it downed:
1978 KAL B707
1981 Argentine Canadair CL-44
1982 KAL B747
Heard it had a respectable 900km radius bit higher than EEL
ah those intakes they hide smth…it looks dark but doesnt look straight
28+12 new Su-30 for RuAF ?
http://en.rian.ru/mlitary_news/20110718/165261909.htmlIrkutsk is making the Su-30M2 type correct ?
If im not wrong they make the MKI
emergency fuel dumping maybe
Compare to the Su-30 MKI, which has 12-14 missile carriage capability, and a 3000 km range without IFR (max, with 4 missiles).
.
Teer can you confirm the 3k range with 4 missiles? All figures around are 1200 km with 6 missiles for Flankers.
Can u say smth more about the argument?
Perhaps secret replacement is there? 🙂 How is the production line?
Currently Tu-22M3 are being armed with Kh-32 hopefully; but the Tu-160 loses anti-ship capability with radar-homing weapons for now I guess?
Ha u funny. As if Tu-160 were 50 squadrons and some were dedicated to antiship role. They never were antiship capable i guess
Is there any data on what speed PAK-FA can maintain on mil. thrust ?
Well if we take the 15% as a constant increase in maximal and forsazh thrust it should be at the level of Eurofighter at least.
Pakistani never had Tomahawk.Maybe Harpoon u mean?
