Part 2
Part 2
It is hard to me to say but I must agree great planes. I love the Mirage family
A couple of comments
F15 & F16 are great airplanes (looks at their kill ratio)
Brazil make a wise choice with the Mirage
bye
I think that the main reason for a possible choice of the C27J is not money but the best value for your money. The CN235 had a great worldwide success but I don’t remember it having use in any kind of operation furthermore the data shows that for delivering the same loads you got something like 8 C27J Vs 15 CN235
bye
It is Pennsylvania
Thanks for the help
thanks
When Italy was looking at another interim solution for the F104 after the Tornado F3, there have been three offer
MiG 29
M2000C
F16ADF
The first was excluded due to interoperability issues with NATO standards. The Mirage versus the F16ADF was extremely expensive and did not support the schedule. I think they have changed approach with Brazil. And this one looks like a very good deal.
No way, at less than 500 mph the end of the bladders get transonic and loose efficiency
In the mid 80s give me a 2000C and a Tornado IDS and it would have been fun with the Soviet Bloc, wouldn’t it ???
