“And what is wrong with a bull and logo”
There’s nothing wrong with the logo, it’s a nice logo, but I think, stars and bars would be a more appropriate memorial to the pilots who flew and fought in such aircraft than a logo off of an energy drink amongst other things.
On the B25 they own they completely omit any national insignia.
At least Sally B’s markings LOOK realistic, even if they aren’t necessarily accurate.
A Red Bull scheme would just look like an advertising board with wings.
I think you’re right Duxman, I had a feeling it was G-SHWN. I was in a vintage shop as I heard it approach and exited in time to see it briefly. My first thought was G-SHWN as I noted its grey underside.
Spotted what I believe was a Mustang over Fleetville nr St Albans, heading Easterly around 13:40 or so.
Are they just being refreshed, or are they repainting them for another purpose?
Seeing as AR213 has a black and white underside now, perhaps it’s some sort of Dunkirk promotion?
Any word on whether Biggin’s 109 ‘White 14’ might attend?
Aha! excellent, it looks fantastic I must say.
Anyone seen ‘Yellow10’s’ new paintwork, a very weathered desert camo ‘Red 8’ scheme? No doubt someone’ll post pics soon.
Is this a different trailer? I don’t think I recognise it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sP7xaAhHVM
Edit, I think it might be a mix of small trailers.
Yeah, it went downhill quite quickly, the said member resorted to name calling, so I guess the mods just thought enough was enough.
Pity, the thread could’ve been very informative.
Just an illustration of how trolls ruin the fun for everyone else :/
Because a certain member of the forum used it to post racial hatred, which I opposed, we had a long debate, but the mods got rid of it.
I hope this query doesn’t start him off again :/
Crikey, that was such a sudden accident, one minute taking off next minute on its back, that pilot was lucky not to have been crushed, thank God!
Those N3200 shots are amazing!
Seconded, those photos are fantastic, very dramatic!
That is a very neat looking Spit!
Excellent work for all who’ve got her in the air.
